Continuing the Conversation is a commentary column on The C.R.O.E. Report. It exists to ask the questions that go unasked, and to measure the promises that go unmeasured. Two recurring series carry the work: one pursues live stories past the surface; the other holds yesterday's promises against today's record. The premise is single: we cannot change our condition unless we change our way of thinking, so teaches the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. The work begins with our willingness to ask better questions, think critically, and measure honestly what we have already been given and what we have chosen.
